Our guest room smelled like cigarette smoke, and when we asked to change rooms, the second one smelled even worse! The bathroom had mold above the shower and the floor was dirty. Additionally, the key cards kept failing to work, and there was a serious lack of towels at the pool.

The breakfast was solid, I mean, the cook was really friendly, gave us great tips on where to go, like this huge candy store! I liked that the Muddy Cow restaurant wasn't just a gimmick, it actually had good food to refuel after a long day.

But let's be honest, it wasn’t cheap either, on the higher end for what you get.

My kids wished for better attention to cleanliness, especially around the pool area. More towels would be great for families, as we had to ask multiple times.

stayed at baymont for 2 nights. the location was perfect for our event, super convenient! i loved the updated tvs in the room. the fitness center was great, open 24 hours, which was a plus.

Unexpected fun at the pool

Waking up to warm cookies at check-in was a delightful surprise! The spacious pool area made for fun afternoons, even catching glimpses of the sunset.

However, cleanliness was a letdown. the room had some leftover trash from previous guests, and I faced a towel shortage upon my return. Disappointing!

My stay at Baymont was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, featuring a nice view of the pool. The staff was efficient, quickly addressing my check-in needs and ensuring I had everything required for a smooth stay. The business center was well-equipped, which greatly assisted me in preparing for my meetings.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our visit. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and found the hot tub relaxing. The staff was very accommodating, changing our room to accommodate our preferences with ease.

Consider utilizing the free shuttle service to nearby attractions for added convenience during your stay.
